RESERVATION POLICY
To guarantee the reservation, you are required to deposit 50% of the total stay; when you have made the deposit, you need to send notice to the email address luzdeluna_huatulco@hotmail.com with your proof of payment. The administration will respond with a letter confirming your reservation.
CANCELLATION POLICY
For your cancellation in low season and on long weekends, a 15-day advance notice is needed for a full refund of your reservation. When received within 14 to 3 days, the full cost of one night (or 20% of the total) will be charged. By placing your cancellation notice within 2 days or less or for no-shows there are no refunds. In high season you are required to cancel more than 30 days in advance for a full refund of the reservation. If the cancellation is made 29 to 7 days in advance, there be will a charge for the full cost of one night (or 30% of total); if giving a notice of 6-3 days or for no-shows, there are no refunds.
