RESERVATION POLICY
You must make payment of the first night of your stay to confirm your reservation and get your reservation code. Without your reservation code, Hotel Bahia Huatulco may not be able to ensure that your room is available on the day of your arrival, even if you have made your deposit.
CANCELLATION POLICY


Cancellation will be accepted only if received in writing to the email address hotelbahiahuatulco@hotelhuatulco.com 72 hours prior to arrival, so that we can refund 100% of your reservation. For the dates corresponding to the spring break, Easter Week, and December, cancellations will have to be received 15 days before arrival, otherwise there will be a penalization of the first night´s charge.
